Kirkbymoorside and District Literature Festival.
This is our first festival.
We have been delighted by the support we have had so far to make this happen. The idea is to promote literature
in the area with an emphasis on local talent and literary life.
Events will be
free but booking will be advisable for some events.
On the last Wednesday of every
month, we meet in the coffee shop for story telling. This is a lovely time to just sit and listen to stories being read to
us from books chosen by the readers. It is a great way of widening our experience of fiction.
